Hi Lisa,

Just to save time for you.
I will answer
Several years ago we purchased Millennium House, since then I have purchased a Town house on Hope St at auction, To prove I am not part of the Councils cabal, I could not do a deal with then powers that be for their leasehold interest as they asked more from me than any before and so I put it back into the auction for it to be sold
I have had many issue's over the years with our Council, I am only to happy to share.
I have nothing to hide

Maybe Mr Kenwright can explain how he came to employ Andy Barr's wife Pamela, when Mr Barr happened to be the LCC's Interim Head of Planning?

Clearly you do not understand what is going on in this City, I have never gained a single favour from this Council
, but I can assure you that the Council have tried their best to close my business down, you will see the facts when I take the Council to court for malfeasance, a case I will win
I have no friends in our Council as I am not in their cabal and never have been. The only asset I have vert purchased was Millennium House, which is now the Shankly Hotel and that was 7 years ago. Unlike many other developers who have gained sites for £1 our Council gained the price tag for Shankly that CBRE deemed it to be. It's a strange collusion that you refer to. No Planning favours, no buildings bought for a £1 and I am taking them to court for malfeasance. Happy to run through any questions you have as I have nothing to hide. I am in the Shankly every day my email is lk@signatureliving.co.uk

Sorry Mr Kenwright I would like the official Liverpool City Council response regarding this issue as I know exactly what is going on in this city and the lack of response speaks volumes. You can publicly respond on this F. O. I request but I will will not be getting into it via private email. I don't have anything to hide.
