I am responding to your email request dated 6 June 2018 under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. In your email you request the following information:

Can you please advise if the OSCR maintains a list of approved Trustees that the OSCR can call upon to inject into a charity that may require assistance in improving governance. If the answer is yes, please can you publish the process employed to recruit such trustees.

Our response
Under FOISA s17 Information Not Held, I am giving you notice that we hold no information in respect of your request. OSCR does not hold such a list.

Right of Appeal
You have the right to ask us to review our decision in respect of release of information under FOISA. Your request for review should be made within 40 working days of receipt of this letter and we will reply within 20 working days of receipt of that request. If you still remain dissatisfied you have the right to appeal to the Office of the Scottish Information Commissioner.
