List of all switches between academy sponsors

I hope you can help :D
Could you please provide a list of the academies that have switched academy sponsor
The following columns are required
- URN
- DfE Number
- Academy Name
- Opened Date
- Local Authority
- Old Academy Sponsor
- New Academy Sponsor
- Date Joined new sponsor
- Reason for switch
Please note that the list should include
- Academies that have switched from one sponsor to another
- Academies that have moved to a sponsor but were previously associated
- Academies that were associated to a sponsor but are no longer associated
- Academies that have closed
- Academies that have moved switched sponsor more than once
Please provide this information in a CSV file

A copy of the information as of 31 March 2016 is enclosed in the format you requested. I apologise for the delay in sending this information. Please note the list includes:
* Academies that have switched from one sponsor to another
* Academies that were associated to a sponsor but are no longer associated
* Academies that have closed
The reason for the change in sponsors has been classified as either ‘due to intervention’ or ‘not due to intervention’ by the Department.
The information supplied to you continues to be protected by copyright.
