Dear Mr Brown,
Thank you for your email dated 5th July about Edubase Queries.
You are quite correct that some of the email addresses are missing.
Unfortunately it is not a legal requirement for schools to provide the
Department with some data items such as email addresses, so any email
addresses that are not present on the file are not available within the
Department or Edubase databases.
Yours sincerely,

Dear Department for Education,
Thanks for your reply,
The data file has an email column, and there are entries in this column but instead of showing the actual email address it shows xxxx . x . xxxxx @ xxx . xxx
Yours faithfully,
Iain Brown
Dear Department for Education,
Thank you for your reply, you state that it is not a legal requirement for schools to supply the department with some data items such as email addresses, but I can see from a previous request that you have included this data in the recent past, so why not in this request?
I request again the previous information this time along with email addresses
Thanks
Yours faithfully,
Iain Brown

Dear Mr Brown,
Thank you for your email dated 24th July about Edubase Queries.
As stated in my previous email it is niot a mandatory requirement for
schools to provide email addresses. The attachment i sent to you
previously holds the email addresses we do hold on our system but there a
blanks where the data is missing.
Apologies if you were of the understanding that the Department was
withholding information, but the data provided to you previously is what
is held on our database.

Dear Department for Education,
You seem to be mis-understanding what I am saying.
The data file that you have supplied has NO email addresses... if you were to look at the file supplied you will see that ALL email addresses have xxxxxx's blanking out the actual email address, indicating there is an email address that has been redacted
Yours faithfully,
Iain Brown
Mr Brown
I am not sure as to why you are not able to see the email addresses on the
spreadsheet I sent you, but the attached here has all of the addresses
included in column N.
