Dear NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group,

I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information for a list of all schemes (currently open) that have been commissioned and or with arrangement/agreements to provide Supported Living services (Adults) with:
• Learning disability
• Mental health
• Sensory impairments
• Physical disability
• Long-term condition such as motor-neurone disease and acquired brain injury
• Continuing Healthcare

August 2020, regarding documents and information relating to Schemes that
Provide Supported Living Services for Adults.

 

I am acknowledging your request on behalf of Bristol, North Somerset and
south Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (BNSSG CCG). We will be
dealing with your request for information in accordance with the Freedom
of Information Act 2000.

 

Under the Act we have 20 working days to respond to your request and we
expect to be in a position to reply to you by 11^th September 2020.

 

Please note: due to the current situation with Covid-19 (Coronavirus) we
may experience unavoidable delays in processing your request for
information. This could be due to staff absence and/or ability to access
the information, however we will endeavor to respond to your request
within the statutory 20 days.

 

Dealing with your request:

In normal circumstances we should be able to (a) confirm or deny that we
hold this information and (b) if we hold it, send it to you within the
statutory timescale of 20 working days. You should note however that the
Act defines a number of exemptions which may prevent us complying with
either of these duties. We will explain if this is the case and if we
apply the 'public interest test' to our decision.

for us to complete your request for information:

·         Please can we ask you to clarify what you mean when you refer to
‘schemes’. For example are you looking for details of the contract i.e.
names of providers?

Until the above clarification is received, your request will remain on
hold, and the 20 working days to respond will not commence.

If we have not received any response within 60 days, your Freedom of
Information Request will be closed.
