Dear Ms Pugh,
Thank you for your email dated 12 January 2015 about EduBase.
You requested: “Under the freedom of information act, would you please send me a list  of
all primary and secondary schools in East Anglia with the  address', contact telephone
numbers, name of head teacher and an  email address for each Head Teacher.  If this can be
provided in excel and normal email format that would be very much appreciated.”

I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and a  copy of the
information as held by the Department as at 12 January 2015 is attached.

I have prepared for you on a excel spreadsheet –

An extract of all Educational establishments (including, LA Maintained, Independent,
Academies, CTCs, Free Schools, Studio Schools Further Education and Higher Education) in the
Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Peterborough local authorities, with addresses, Head
Teacher details, school email addresses and telephone number where available.

At present the Department does not hold individual Head Teacher or school staff email
information, and for this reason we have supplied you with the school email address where
possible.

The extract can be sorted to your own requirements by Phase of Education (primary, secondary
etc.) or Type of Establishment (academy, free school, community school, etc.). Further
information on these and other terms used within this extract can be found in the EduBase
glossary:  [1]http://www.education.gov.uk/edubase/glos...

As part of the data extract we have included the school Unique Reference Number (URN) so
that if you require further information on any particular school record please go to
[2]www.education.gov.uk/edubase where you will be able to view more information.

If you have any further issues or queries please do not hesitate to contact the EduBase
helpdesk using the feedback form: [3]http://www.education.gov.uk/edubase/feed...
