Dear Mr Harper

We acknowledge receipt of your request placed through “whatdotheyknow.com”
for NHS Barking and Dagenham.

We require clarification on the definition of “clinical system” before we
can proceed, bearing in mind that all our GPs are independent contractors
and not employees of the primary care trusts.

We await your response and wish to advise that the 20 working day response
time will not start until we receive your qualified response.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Please respond to the [email address] mailbox
