May i please file a Freedom Of Information Act 2000 request. I request a
full list of all contracts that Trans Pennine Express currently has. The
list should include the name of the company that the contract is with and
a description of what the contract is for and the start date and the end
date. Also i would like the contract cost but if it is exempt under a
commercial sensitive exemption then you can leave it out.

Dear Mr Mitchell,

As per the statutory timeframes for compliance, we are required to respond
to your FOI request within 20 working days. However, we find it necessary
to request an extension in order to thoroughly consider the public
interest test within the appropriate timeframe.

In carrying out the public interest test, we are mindful of the
circumstances prevailing at the time of responding to your request. The
relevant legislation, specifically section 10(3), allows for an extension
of time when public interest considerations require further assessment.
This extension is deemed reasonable within the given circumstances.

Nevertheless, it is important to note that the Information Commissioner's
Office (ICO) maintains the view that the extension for public interest
considerations should not exceed an additional 20 working days.

Therefore, we kindly request an extension of 10 days to ensure a
