List of acquisitions

Patrick Scott made this Freedom of Information request to Advisory Committee on the Government Art Collection

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Advisory Committee on the Government Art Collection should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Advisory Committee on the Government Art Collection,

My request is as follows:

I would like a list of all acquisitions and commissions by the Government Art Collection Advisory Committee from the present day going back until January 2010.

For each of these works of art I would like to know the name of the artist, the location where it was commissioned or purchased, the price that it was purchased or commissioned for, its current whereabouts and whether or not it is on display to the public.

I would prefer to receive your reply in electronic format and ideally in a spreadsheet.

Yours faithfully,

Patrick Scott
