Dear Mr Stocker

Our ref: FOI-0914-1718/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 17
July 2017 asking for LIP Annual Report information.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that
we do hold some of the information you require.

Please find attached the LIP report for 2015/16. The 2016/17 is still
being collated, and is therefore not currently available.

It should be noted that the difference in proforma C returns can partly be
attributed to the LIP formula funding – money is given to boroughs based
on need, and so (for example) boroughs with high numbers of road
casualties will receive greater funding levels.

Please also find attached the 2015/16 TADS list. This data is only input
once schemes are complete, and boroughs had until this August to close the
2016/17 work programme. This information is now being collated and is
therefore not yet available for release.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable
to access it for some reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached
information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
