Dear Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council,

A plaque at Lion Farm Fields says "This space has been protected forever for your community to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee by Sandwell Council." The plaque also bears the emblems of Fields in Trust and ASDA.

Please:

2 Disclose any written agreement or proof of any oral agreement between SMBC and ASDA etc relating to the transfer of Lion Farm Fields into trust.

3 State what, if any, financial or other benefit was received by SMBC from ASDA etc in consideration of (or otherwise of) the decision to place the Fields in Trust. If SMBC received financial and/or other benefit please state how precisely the financial and/or other benefit was utilised/applied?
