Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

I would like to know what proportion (if any) of the people that receive the whooping cough vaccine, get cerebral palsy or are likely to have gotten cerebral palsy from this, and how have these numbers changed in the past forty years?

Yours faithfully,

Anthony McDonnell

Department of Health and Social Care
