when will their next be a review into the limitation act for protected parties

what is the law regarding causation with regards to a director of a company forced into insolvency as a result of a act against the business ie business first breach of duty but causing mental health

Can limitation be extended if proof of the act if liability is accepted .

If a directors mental health is damaged as a result of a unlawful business act .can limitation be extended for a period of 9 years if liability is accepted
