Lima Computer Software.

Currently waiting for a response from Department for Work and Pensions, they should respond promptly and normally no later than (details).

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Could you please clarify for me the DIAGNOSTIC NATURE of the LIMA COMPUTER SOFTWARE used to assess claimants during the WCA assessment?

How is the LIMA computer software defined according to the EU MEDICAL DEVICE REGULATIONS(MDR)?

IS the LIMA computer software or is it a diagnostic device?

What consumer protections are in place & Who decides if such a procedure is safe and HOW is this regulated and by whom?

Yours faithfully,

Justin Davison.
