Dear Southwark Council,

By law, this FOI request should have been responded to by the 6th March 2024.
This is just a basic request to provide a set of incidents logged in your repairs CRM system, so I really fail to see why you are unable to meet your legal obligation. Unless this is some deliberate practice to fob residents off?

It is annoying that we have to resort to using FOI to get basic repairs statistics from LB Southwark, but unfortunately the housing services & engineering services departments just ignore such requests from residents. This is despite the request coming from the LB Southwark appointed, elected resident representation bodies, namely Tenants & Residents Associations.
