Lift faults/repairs in the block

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, A2 Dominion Housing should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear A2 Dominion Housing,

I have requested a list of all lift repairs for the block that I live in and so far have been given a list of repairs dating back to Jan 2015. I was told that would be gone the rest of the list (when the block was opened on Feb 2013) but so far I've had no response. When will I be getting the rest of this list?

your request for information on the lift repairs in your block.

 

In order for us to handle your query, if you could please provide your
name and address. The initial e-mail you sent us appears to be missing
this information.

 

Once we have this, we can look to refer your query to the Property Manager
for the block as well as our Repairs Team.
