Thank you for your request for information, which we received on the 2nd February 2022. This
information is being provided as a statutory obligation under the Freedom of Information Act

Your request
Can you please list all the payments made related to lift 1117 and lift 1118 maintenance over the last 10
years at Prospect House, SE1 6HF
Including everything (Annual maintenance contract, out of contract interventions, repairs,...)
Please provide also the sum of all those costs.

Please note - with reference to Column 'G' A5, this refers to the yearly service/maintenance
cost per year.
All other codes refer to day to day call out costs and repairs.
There are items referred to as EMU. This is a lift monitoring system that is funded by the lift
budget.
