I feel that the DWPs advice on narrowing your request is somewhat disingenuous.

PIP awards can indeed have a 'fixed end date' or be 'ongoing' subject to 10 year light-touch review.

However ALL Limited Capability awards (ESA & UC) have no such 'fixed end date', Limited Capability awards do not end on a specific date.
Instead ALL LCW/LCWRA awards are ongoing awards subject to reassessment at differing time periods as set in the award. (Known as the Prognosis Date, or review date).
Therefore for LC awards the correct question to ask is for those awards with a Prognosis/review date of more than 5 years.
