Dear Manchester City Council,

In your response you have explained that you have not granted any licence to Urban Food Fest Ltd related to the provision of alcohol, late night refreshment & live music.

I am aware that any licences may not have been granted under the name Urban Food Fest Ltd but Urban Food Fest is the name of the event and I provided you with the address. I would therefore, expect you to locate any licences held in connection with that event regardless of the name on the licence. Currently live music is played at that location to the public which is a licensable activity, alcohol is served to the public which is also a licensable activity and as the event runs until midnight serving late night refreshment to the public this is also a licensable activity. As some of the activities on site may have also required a Markets Rights License, I requested that you provide details of that as well.

In refusing my request I consider that you have breached section 16 of the FOIA (obligation to provide advice and assistance) and I request a review on that basis.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Fisher

Dear Manchester City Council,

It has now been twenty working days since I asked for the internal review and I have not received a reply or the information I require.
Please confirm when I will receive my response.

Mr Fisher
