identify the information you have requested from the details provided.  To
help us meet your request, please could you provide some further
clarification as to what you are requesting.

 

For question 10, could you clarify what you are classing as a business and
trading licence?  Do you mean Food registration? For question 12,
Herefordshire Council do not have any licenses called selective licence,
could you provide details of what this is?

 

Under S1 (3) OF THE Act, the statutory limit of 20 working days is
suspended until the question has been clarified sufficiently to locate the
requested information.  Once the details of your request have been
clarified it will be considered and processed further.

In answer to you questions;
For question 10, could you clarify what you are classing as a business and
trading licence? Do you mean Food registration? Yes

For question 12, Herefordshire Council do not have any licenses called selective licence,
could you provide details of what this is?
This isn't a license currently applied by all authorities and it applies to landlords in the private sector, if you don't have such a license then your answer is acknowledged.
