Dear FOI,
Please can you clarify the wording of "has only 1 seat" within your response.
I assume this to mean: Has only one seat *being occupied*
L6e Light Quadricycles have option to take 1 passenger, but when driving under provisional class AM, I understand passengers are not allowed.
The only exception to the above would be if that passenger has a full 'B' license, and meets the criteria of a supervising driver for the provisional license holder.
Thank you for your comments thus far.
Yours sincerely,
Geremy Britton

Dear Policy Correspondence,
I would like to clarify your most recent response. Whilst some light quadricycles may have one seat, some have 2 seats. Therefore, I am seeking confirmation that an L6e-BP with a maximum of 2 seats and falling under the definition of a light quadricycle, can be driven on the AM license.
Yours sincerely,
Geremy Britton
