Dear Trinity College, Cambridge,

Could you please release the "Licence to Occupy" document currently used by the college in relation to accommodation for graduate students living in hostels owned or managed by the college.

I seeking the full "the terms and conditions of occupation of their accommodation" which applies to Trinity College graduate students living in hostels owned or managed by the college.

I am aware the college's Accommodation Handbook:

http://www.trin.cam.ac.uk/index.php?page...

and the college's "White Book" of rules:

http://www.trin.cam.ac.uk/index.php?page...

are already accessible following a previous FOI request
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/co...

The University rules which the above incorporate are already proactively published by the University:
http://www.admin.cam.ac.uk/univ/so/

It appears the only element of the terms and conditions not accessible is the "Licence to Occupy", so that is what this request is for.

This request follows the discussion related to the "Wessex Place" hostel on Magrath Avenue:

Dear Mr Taylor,

I refer to your email dated 10th March 2012.  I am the Freedom of
Information Officer at Trinity College, Cambridge.

All residential property, including both flats and individual rooms in
graduate hostels, not forming part of the College itself is managed for
Trinity College by Bidwells, and let by them on behalf of the College on
Assured Shorthold Tenancies, not Licences to Occupy.

Attached is the standard framework of such an agreement, although precise
details may vary between properties.

Yours sincerely,

Rory Landman
