Please find attached our response to your request.
The information you are requesting, namely a copy of the HMO register, is
covered by the Housing Act 2004. Section 232 (5) of that act states:
(5)If requested by a person to do so and subject to payment of such
reasonable fee (if any) as the authority may determine, a local housing
authority must supply the person with a copy (certified to be true) of the
register or of an extract from it.
The Local Authorities fee for a copy of a register is £300. The copy will
be supplied in PDF format and in ordered in expiry date of the licence.
You may also specify that you only require certain information that is
contained within the register.
You may also view properties that are licensed by Liverpool City Council
by searching the online register that is available using the link below.

This concludes our response.
The City Council will consider appeals, referrals or complaints in respect
of your Freedom of Information Act 2000 and you must submit these in

The matter will be dealt with by an officer who was not previously
involved with the response and we will look to provide a response within
40 days.
If you remain dissatisfied you may also apply to the Information
Commissioner for a decision about whether the request for information has
been dealt with in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
