I am writing to request an internal review of British Broadcasting Corporation's handling of my FOI request 'Licence fee evasion modelling'.

My freedom of information request asked for FULL disclosure of the following:

"The licence fee evasion model used by the BBC Licence Fee Unit"

that means you precisely defining ALL the certain elements which comprise the components of the equation to calculate the licence fee evasion model

and

"How the BBC Licence Fee Unit uses the licence fee evasion model to calculate licence fee evasion rate"

that means you precisely defining ALL the variable elements which comprose the components of the equation to calculate the licence fee evasion model

and

"How BBC Licence Fee Unit determines the accuracy of the findings of the licence fee evasion model"

that means you precisely defining how all the elements found are determined and audited for their felicity and accuracy using the antiquated and unreliable databases and ICT technology at the disposal of the BBC and Capita

The response you have given me is generalised imprecise information about the general principles involved in the BBC Licence Fee Unit's licence fee evasion model already published in the public domain which I already possess and have read.
