Dear Bridgend Council,

The sex establishment licence granted to Darker Enterprises Ltd, in
respect of the sex shop within your authority, was due to expire on
9th February 2010. I understand that an application was received by
Bridgend Council for the renewal of this licence.

Please could you provide a copy of both:

(1) the application submitted to Bridgend Council in respect of the
renewal (if legally required, censored to remove any personal
details) and

(2) any written responses submitted by the applicant to any
objections received by Bridgend Council.

Copies of objections received by the council in respect of this
application are expressly not required.

Please also advise if the application for renewal was successful.
