Dear FOI,

For clarification i.e (we do not hold the information requested. ) Please state who "we" is , are you refering to the offcers that serve cambridgshire county council , or cambridgshire county council the office, or registered company at the same address duns number 219047347 ??

Also noted i can not see the county nor the district registered , we have also made contact with both P.R.A and F.C.A , and in due course the S.F.O. i dont know how you (council) conduct buisness i find it very strange that your own office does not hold basic information concidering the legal implications . Both district council and county state on many of their documents that thay are committed to transparency, how can any buisness / authority be committed to transparency when you state we dont hold basic important legal information ??

Yours sincerely,

michael john

Dear FOI,
Its duly noted that LGSS , cambridgshire county council and your billing authority's i.e south cambridgeshire district council etc etc are not on the register.
The Consumer Credit Licence, and you / me are it's fictional ''customer'' consuming goods and/services, it's a criminal offence to operate without a licence.. and it's important because if you don't, then you are abrogating the Mental Health Act when considering if people are vulnerable or have the capacity to understand and contract in the first instance.

I state contract as cambridgeshire county council / SCDC can not state what Actual authority they have other than contract , this would also be true of the curent representative government .

Yours sincerely,

michael john
