1. Please can I have the latest cipfa library survey submission for
Oxfordshire County council.

 

Please find attached Oxfordshire County Council’s return to the CIPFA
Public Library Actuals Survey 2011-12.

 

2. Now that the management and professional area of the library service
has been restructured can I please have the data on this, the job titles
(fte) with banded salaries. Total spend on management and professional,
service support and a diagram showing the structure of management and
professional.

 

Please find attached a spreadsheet showing the job titles and banded
salaries for the restructured management and professional area of the
library service. 

 

The total spend on management and professional, service support is
£1,480,490.

 

Please also find attached copies of Oxfordshire Libraries’ Organisation
Structure Chart, the Structure Chart for the Branch and Mobile Network and
a brief description of each role.
