Further to your e-mail below I am writing to seek clarification with regard to your request.

In your request you say

"I made a similar FOI request last year where you responded that you do not charge fines. However I've just checked your webpage and I can see that you charge 20p a day for overdue books that have been requested, therefore please include this in your response."

Please could you send me a link to the webpage where you found this information, so that we can respond to your request? I am advised that we do not charge 20p a day for overdue books that have been requested and I have been unable to find the webpage myself.
