Dear Tom,

Thank you for your request for information received on 21 November 2011.

Here are the overdue charges for the years in question:

2009/10 £89,072
2010/11 £81,303

Please note that these overdue charges were received from all Library users (undergrads, postgrads, staff and external users) as our Library Management System doesn't differentiate between groups.

If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request you can ask for an internal review.
Details of how to do this can be found at:
http://www.ncl.ac.uk/foi/access/complain...

If you are not happy with the outcome of the internal review, you then have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
