We are writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we are
not certain that we have understood your request correctly / we need

the Council may hold in relation to your request.

Could you provide the latest individual accounts for each of the libraries
under council control and/or a combined libraries accounts if individual
are not available.

Please could you clarify/explain what is meant by individual accounts for
each of the libraries? For example does this relate to financial accounts
and if so what figures and over what time period? Or does this relate to
how many residents currently hold library membership/accounts with the
libraries?
 
We will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let us know by 21/02/2020.
 
If we do not hear from you within the time frame provided, we shall take
it that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the
