Dear Sir or Madam
Thank you for your information request, reference number NELC/27860/2223
I wish to confirm that North East Lincolnshire Council holds the following
information.
Please can you provide me with the percentage of the libraries and
archives budget that is spent on providing resources aimed at autistic
people to help them to understand neurotypical people and learn how to
deal with them.
The borough’s Public Library Service and Public Archive Service is managed
and delivered by a local charity, Lincs Inspire Limited, on behalf of
North East Lincolnshire Council. The Council provides a subsidy to support
operating costs. These funds are managed independently by Lincs Inspire
Limited, who ensure the services comply with the relevant national
statutory requirements.
If you wish to explore the Library Service resources that support a wide
range of conditions, we would suggest reviewing their website and
catalogue of materials available to Library members
([1]www.lincinspire.com).

accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, you have the right to
request an internal review by the Council. Please be clear about which
elements of the Council’s response or handling of the request you are
unhappy with, and would like the Council to address during the internal
review process. If following this you are still dissatisfied you may
contact the Office of the Information Commissioner. If you wish to request
an internal review, please contact me and I will make the necessary
arrangements.
Yours sincerely on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council
