Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

1.) Please provide details of all meetings, correspondence and other communications between HMCTS and the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) pertaining to Incapacity Benefit and/or ESA Appeal Tribunals excluding correspondence relating to specific cases.

2.) What advice has been sought by DWP and/or provided by HMCTS concerning the conduct of Incapacity Benefit and/or ESA Appeals Tribunals?

3.) Have the HMCTS and the DWP met to discuss and/or review the conduct of Incapacity Benefit and/or ESA Appeals Tribunals? If so, when, who attended and please provide copies the agenda, minutes, any meeting notes and presentations; including copies of presentation slides etc.

4.) Please provide copies of all contact between HMCTS and DWP to improve DWP's appeals submissions.

5.) Please provide copies of all contact between HMCTS and DWP to set up a fast track service for some appeals.

6.) Please provide copies of all "Operation Appeals Updates".

7.) Please provide details of any documents that are being withheld from my request.

8.) Please state how many documents are being withheld from my request due to a security classification. Please specify how many documents fall into which security classification.
