Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please provide from your records:

1 - The cost breakdown for Council tax liability orders for the last 5 years, and

2 - If they are estimated costs then also provide actual costs, and

3 - Details of periods where the council applied for and was granted £3.00 court costs for liability order applications and refunds made by HMCTS or MOJ for overcharging by £2.50, and

4 - Minutes of any meetings or related correspondence as to how the council dealt with the refunds detailed in 3 to those who were overcharged including if this money was not refunded what happened to the money refunded by HMCTS or MOJ.

4 - The detailed Council Tax budget for its Revenue Services for the last 5 years and actual expenditure for the same.

5 - The detailed Council Tax budget for its Legal Department for the last 5 years and actual expenditure for the same.
