Dear Department of Health and Social Care,
Under FOI I am requesting the following information:
a) What "Best Case" & "Worst Case" and other estimate(s) have been made on the potential costs of Compensation to the State if liability is accepted or established in relation Factor VIII / IX blood-products infected with HIV / Hepatitis C supplied by the NHS in the 1970's and 1980's.
