Dear The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman,

My recent complaint to the ICO (IC-295471-W3L2) found the following:

"the LGSCO deleted some of your personal data in error. This constitutes an infringement of the legislation that we oversee as the LGSCO were obliged to keep your personal data safe and secure and only delete it in line with their established retention periods.
We will now write to the data protection officer at the LGSCO and ask them what steps have been put in place to prevent the same thing happening to any other customers."

Please provide me with copies of all data processed between the ICO and the LGSCO in regards to the final statement as well as the draft / updated policies / processes to prevent this this from happening in the future.
