Since the first FY of payments and the full conditions of service provided by LGBT Youth Scotland?
Please supply me with the conditions of contract which stipulate what criteria is expected by your council for LGBT Youth Scotland for any Services provided by LGBT Youth Scotland if there have been?
Please also advise if LGBT Youth Scotland have been rolling out training in any of your local authority Schools?
If so please state what schools have received LGBT Youth Scotland?

I refer to your correspondence dated 25th February 2023 requesting information in relation to LGBT Youth Scotland.
The Council is treating your request as a request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and can respond as follows:
Education information for payments/training to schools and attached which provides criteria to achieve awards:
Kilmarnock Academy (2020)
Grange Academy (2022)
£1,250 for Registration, Training & Support for LGBT School Charter (for each school).
One off payment of £500 made in 2017 for staff member to undertake the Foundation Charter on behalf of the Council.
