Caveat: This information is correct as at 14.02.24.

Please not the following points:

- A search was done on all Home Office Classification NC/10 incidents
between the Created dates of 01/01/2018 and 31/12/2023.

- A filter was used on one report table to only include Offence
Investigation Type ‘CRIME’ incidents and Hate Crime types ‘Hate Incident –
Homophobic’ and ‘Hate Incident - Transgender’ and on another report table
to only include Offence Investigation Type ‘NONCRIME’ incidents and Hate
Crime types ‘Hate Incident – Homophobic’ and ‘Hate Incident -
Transgender’.

- The are two results tables, one for Hate Crimes and one for Non Hate
Crime Incidents, both are broken down by year, Hate Incident type and
District as requested.

- Clacton District has been included in the tables as Tending.
