Information, Arts Council England

Dear Theodore

Thank you for your request for information from Arts Council England.

As previously mentioned, I can confirm that this request was considered in
line with our obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Your request:

“Please could you disclose if any funds have gone to the LGB Allience, and

on which the funding was given.”

Our Response:

The Let’s Create Jubilee Fund is administered by the UK Community
Foundations (UKCF), with funding decisions being made locally by 44
individual community foundations across the country.  The decision to fund
the LGB Alliance was made by the London Community Foundation, which has
since announced that they have decided to withdraw this award.  You can
find out more about the London Community Foundation at
[1]https://londoncf.org.uk/

We hope you are satisfied with the way in which we have dealt with your
request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, however, if
you are not satisfied that this is the case then you are entitled to an
internal review. To request an internal review please contact us by reply
to this email, within two months of the date of this correspondence,
explaining what specifically you would like us to review under the Act.
Alternatively you can detail your specific concerns in writing and send
them to the Chief Executive, Arts Council England, 21 Bloomsbury Street,
London, WC1B 3HF or email to [2][email address]

Subsequently, if you are not content with the outcome of the internal
review, you have the right to apply directly to the Information
Commissioner for a decision.  The Information Commissioner can be
contacted at Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water
Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

Kind regards

Martyn
