Dear Public Health England,
I would like to request the data, the report and the analysis which is referred to in the report at https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...

The report says:
"Preliminary data from the University of Liverpool which showed a sensitivity of 48.9% was reassessed through recategorisation by cycle thresholds which led to a sensitivity improvement of circa 10%. This means a more accurate estimate of the sensitivity from the Liverpool pilot is circa 58.9%."

Please provide the data, the report and the analysis that shows how the recalculation of sensitivity for LFD testing using the Liverpool data was done.

Yours faithfully,

Steven Hammer

Dear FOI,
Thank you for your response dated 8 July 2021.

Unfortunately, the document you linked to at https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk... does not contain the information I asked for.

The linked document shows how some evaluations on LFDs were carried out. It does not explain how the sensitivity of Innova LFDs in the Liverpool pilot study was recalculated from 48.9% to 58.9% as I originally requested.

Please provide the data, the report and the analysis that shows how the recalculation of sensitivity for LFD testing using the Liverpool data was done, as per my original request.

Yours sincerely,

Steven Hammer
