Dear North East Lincolnshire Safeguarding Children Board,

I would like to formally request the following information.

A) What is the current level of teenage pregnancy in North Eat Lincolnshire.

B) Of there teenagers on average what is the sum total of the amount that have abortions.

C) How many of these are forced abortions by the Local Authorities.

D) How many parents of live births have lost their babies to adoption since 2004 until the most recent.

E) How many of these parents have been forced to separate by an agreement with the Local Authority.

F) How many mothers on average are single parent families.

G) How many fathers are single parent families.

H) How many of the parents are known to have mental health problems.

I) Out of these fathers how many have been offered extra help that are helping to keep the babies in their life as it is written in the children act 2004.

J) what is the ratio of children returned to their parents after there has been found that there was nothing wrong even if they are adopted.

K) How many times in the past from 2004 until recent has the Local Authority to be found at fault when they have placed a baby for adoption as they are not always correct, even with their supposed fail safe system.

L) How many times on average has a member of staff been dismissed for any demeanour and when was the last one and on average what is it mainly that they get dismissed for.
