Dear Westminster City Council,

I would like to know how my landlord is allowed to rent an 8sq.m room with kitchenette area and a bunk bed for two people (bathroom on a different floor) on short term basis (but rented all year long) when the minimum size in your "Guide to Houses in Multiple Occupation, Bedsits & Studio Flats, page 3, states it has to be no smaller than 11sq.m for 1 person and 14sq.m for 2 persons.

Health and Safety is our main concern and also its legality.

Yours faithfully,

CMTurchini
