I request, under the Freedom of Information Act, access to the following letters, sent to and from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, regarding the 1994 Rwandan Genocide:

Letter from Jack Cunningham MP to the Foreign Secretary Douglas Hurd MP, dated 20th July 1994
Letter from J. Smith, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, to John Pitt-Brooke, Ministry of Defence, titled 'UNAMIR in Rwanda', dated 12th July 1994.
Letter to Kofi Annan from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, titled 'UK participation in UNAMIR', dated 1st September 1994

Following this, any other letters sent to or from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office regarding the governments position at the United Nations on the Rwandan Genocide and the United Nations response to it, dated between December 1993 to September 1994.
