Dear Ministry of Defence,

Could you please provide me with information about the current and past MOD policy requirement that "letters of agreement " should be sought by the Heads of Establishment/Commanding Officers from the Environment Regulators for the discharge of radioactive substances to the environment for MOD sites under MOD control.
