Info, Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership

Dear J M Bradley

Thank you for your email.

As outlined in our policy on [1]Enquiries and Feedback the LEP is not
subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The LEP is an advisory board to the Liverpool City Region Combined
Authority (LCR CA) and in line with Government guidance adopted the legal
personality of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority in 2019. Prior
to this, the LEP had nominated the LCR CA to act as its accountable body
and any awards of funding to the LEP were and are administered on its
behalf by LCR CA as the accountable body.

We would advise that in adopting the legal personality of the LCR CA any
FOIs relating to the LEP can be addressed to them at
[2][email address] .
