In February 2025, the Leng review team visited your trust.

Please provide all information, correspondence and documents you may hold in relation to this, such as:
1) Communication with the Leng review.
2) ALL communication with staff groups about the review and visit, including whether there were any differences in correspondence/announcement content, and date/time of sending to different staff groups (e.g. MAPs/resident doctors/consultants).
3) Any evidence you have submitted to the Leng review.
4) Any minutes/records you took from trust participation in the meetings.
5) Any other internal correspondence relating to the Leng review and this visit.
6) A number of attendees at this visit from your trust, categorised by role (eg PA/consultant/resident doctor/AHP/nurse/executive/manager)
