The request was successful.

Dear South Lakeland District Council,

In the Minutes of the meeting of the LEISURE AND TOURISM COMMITTEE held on Monday, 14 June 1993, at 11.00 a.m. there is reference to MINUTES OF THE LEISURE AND TOURISM EMERGENCY SUB-COMMITTEE which states,

The Minutes of the LEISURE AND TOURISM EMERGENCY SUB-COMMITTEE are not listed in the documents available on the SLDC website, so I would like to request a copy of the Minutes of the meetings of the LEISURE AND TOURISM EMERGENCY SUB-COMMITTEE that were held on 21st April 1993 and 18th May 1993 please.

Dear Paul,
Thank you for your very speedy response to my request and for supplying the requested Minutes. I see from the May Minutes supplied that there was to be a report back by the CTO to the Emergency Sub-Committee before any repairs are undertaken to Grange Pool to address the leak. I would like to request copies of the subsequent 1993 Minutes and reports about the pool from the meetings of the Leisure & Tourism Emergency Sub-Committee to see how the situation developed. Can you supply those as an addition to this FOI please or should I submit a new FOI request for them?
Yours sincerely,
Anne Nichols

Dear Paul,
Thank you for your reply to my FOI request to which I regret you have supplied the wrong information. I requested copies of the subsequent 1993 Minutes and reports about the pool from the meetings of the Leisure & Tourism Emergency Sub-Committee to see how the situation developed, but the Minutes you have supplied are from the Leisure and Tourism Committee, which are already on the SLDC website. Would you please recheck and supply copies of the Minutes of the Leisure & Tourism Emergency Sub-Committee as requested. Many thanks for your help.
Yours sincerely,
Anne Nichols
