Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Could you please answer the following questions with regards to this Freedom of Information requests.
1. Can you please clarify if the job centres are still open in Leicester City with the city being forced on a new lockdown?
2. Apparently the policy of sanctioning service users is now back .can you please clarify if Service users will be sanctioned in Leicester if they cannot make it to the job centre because of the new lock down in Leicester?

Yours faithfully,

Alison Stevens

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I am very well aware of the Law regarding Freedom of Information requests

Do not disrespect my inteligence .insinuating by sarcasm that my cognitive skilla are below PAR.
My Freedom of Information request was a legitimate question.
Most people are aware that the City of Leicester and its surrounding area Glenfild Birstal Thurmaston Oadby and wigston are on Local Lockdown and have been told by the Secretary of state to only go out if you really have too and do not make unesseccary journey's.
I would pertain that things would be the same as in the National lockdown the job centres would be closed .
All you would of needed to state is yes the job centres are all still open in Leicester and you would expect Service users to turn up for their appoinments..
As a former Nurse of over 40 years of experience in infectios diseases and fever speciality i am more than well aware of the infection control issues involved.

Yours faithfully,

Alison Stevens
