Legal status of Carlton-Granville land use NW6

The request was partially successful.

Dear Brent Borough Council,

I would like to know the civic legal protection status, including as registered by Brent at the UK Land Regisrty of the Carlton-Granville Centre public good land use, NW6.

Nearing new deal for social housing pathfinder year 18 for this South Kilburn estate neighbourhood, vast Community Infrastructure Levy/ Section 106 funds raised by considerable estate suffering over decades is Wembley Local blocked, while Local Plan required statutory obligations to this neighbourhoods human beings in UK Planning Law are being Local decision-maker ignored in the hope that the new 2020 Brent Local Plan can neatly disappear these longstanding legal commitments for making super high density South Kilburn more than only an un-just, ill considered, mono developer culture pile- up of private enclosures for profit.

Fragments so impossible for UK agencies and public services to social invest in. FACT.

Yours faithfully,

David Walton
