Legal Evidence Re Service User

The request was partially successful.

Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,

In law which opinion constitutes evidence of a service user: a G.P or an FCA

1.in law and in your policies and procedures which is more valid in law:

A G.P’s medical Professional opinion or an FCA’s view ?

2. In law & in line with Cafcass policies & procedures can a FCA “out rule or over ride” a G.P’s medical opinion ?

3. In law and in Cafcass policies and procedures who’s opinion in law is more valid: a G.P who’s data holds substantial medical records or an FCA who’s views are not medically evidenced ?

Yours faithfully,

Samantha Kerr
