Dear NIPB FOI,
Thank you for your reply. I have sent an FOI to the PSNI about this matter just to double check.
This matter relates to a case that the NIPB took and nothing to do with the PSNI. It does not mention in the PSNI in the 9 pages and clearly states this matter was taken by the NIPB who were tenants of two floors in the named building. In 2021 in the NIPB were looking to change a number of items of the tenant agreement including cost tenancy break and the car parking spaces available to staff.
Please could you review this matter and check that the NIPB do not hold any info relating to the cost of this legal action taken by the NIPB.
